Chimney Hill Farm Estate Inn, a Bed & Breakfast, is located on a country road nestled in the wooded hillside above the charming historic riverside towns of Lambertville, New Jersey and New Hope, Pennsylvania.

This secluded fieldstone country estate was built in 1820 by Margaret Spencer, the first woman architect in the United States. The Inn is surrounded by eight acres of beautiful fields and landscaped grounds. We are a half mile from the center of Lambertville and the Delaware River. Bucks County and New Hope is in our backyard!

We raise beautiful Alpacas and Llamas at our farm and our guests enjoy taking fun photos of their new fuzzy friends.

Chimney Hill Estate offers a delicious breakfast daily, snacks and plenty of comfortable areas to relax and enjoy the country views.

We are just a short walk from the very famous Goat Hill Overlook where George Washington surveyed the Delaware River durring the winter of 1776.
