Hot Sand Glass Studio

The Hot Sand studio offers exciting glass-making activities for all ages. No reservation needed for these walk-in activities on Fri/Sat/Sun and daily in the summer.

Any age can make a QuickCast: push a hand or foot into our special sand, then watch while we pour molten glass into it, to make a perfect memento of your day at the beach!

If you're 9 years old or older, you can come into our studio, pick colors, sit with our glass artists and blow a bubble, ornament, apple, pumpkin or drinking glass.

4-year-olds and older love our SunTiles. We provide a clear glass tile for you to arrange pre-cut pieces of colored glass on. Later, we melt it together in our ovens, to make colorful a glass collage.

Our gallery also showcases the work of our glass artists and features some unique Shore-inspired pieces.
