Fabled Beach Towns

The Wildwoods, in southern New Jersey, is renowned for its days and nights of fun and celebration for people of every age and interest. In addition to the expansive beach, there are 38 blocks of exciting Boardwalk attractions, restaurants and shopping, including three incredible amusement piers with more rides than Disneyland, have delighted families for years.

And there are water parks, water sports, fishing, concerts, special events and much, much more.

Other Jersey Shore towns that are equally attractive destinations include Seaside Heights with its bustling boardwalk, water park and nightlife, the charm of Victorian Cape May, family-centered Point Pleasant Beach and the peaceful elegance of Ocean Grove and Spring Lake are just a few locations that bring visitors back year after year.

The Roar of the Track

Start your engines at the New Jersey Motorsports Park (NJMP) in Millville. Situated on more than 700 acres, NJMP offers an incredible amount of diverse and dynamic motorsports attractions. This state-of-the-art track features two separate world-class road courses, a first-class karting circuit, ATV and Tri-Oval courses plus a luxurious clubhouse.

Kids of all ages can experience the thrill and excitement of real kart racing where everything is provided.

Lady Liberty, Ellis Island and More

Some cities are known for their landmark attractions, action-packed nightlife and unique array of cultures and community and Jersey City is one of them. This bustling town features Liberty State Park, a gorgeous green oasis in the middle of metropolitan northern New Jersey.

The park has served a vital role in the development of New Jersey’s metropolitan region and the history of the nation.

With the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island as a spectacular backdrop, the park features the historic Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal (CRRNJ), a grand setting for much of the state’s transportation history.

The park features Liberty Walk linking a picnic area, Interpretive Center and the CRRNJ Terminal while presenting visitors with a sweeping view of the Hudson River. Liberty State Park is the only location in New Jersey with ferry service to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty.

Within the park, one can pay tribute to the victims of the 9/11 attacks on the Twin Towers in Manhattan. Empty Sky: New Jersey September 11th Memorial honors the 749 residents of the state of New Jersey that perished in the attacks. The twin walls also memorialize the buildings by directing visitors view to where the buildings once stood in the Manhattan skyline.

The park has an outdoor performance area and the state-of-the-art Liberty Science Center with fascinating exhibits for the whole family.

Spectacular Outdoor Sites

For great outdoor fun visit Mountain Creek in Vernon for the very best in skiing. Mountain Creek also has one of the state’s largest water parks and Mountain Creek Water Park, America's premier mountain bike park. Nearby is the Crystal Springs Golf Resort that offers fabulous accommodations, dining and seven golf courses that are nestled among some of the state’s most scenic landscapes.
