Friday Evening

At the safari end of the park, go on an off-road adventure through a 350-acre preserve, where you’ll see exotic animals such as giraffes, elephants and tigers in an immersive safari experience. If water fun is on your wish list, make your way to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, boasting a thrilling lineup of water slides, rafting adventures and splash areas.
After a long day of fun adventures, bring the family to Cornerstone Kitchen & Tap for dinner. Fill up on everything from fresh salads and juicy burgers to upscale options such as filet au poivre and pan-seared salmon, paired with one of the many craft beers on tap.
Sunday
For your last day in Jackson, be sure to stop by the beloved Jackson Diner, a 1950s-style diner with vintage décor and a menu packed with classic breakfast dishes: specialty omelets, fluffy pancakes, crunchy Belgian waffles and dense French toast.
