Long Branch Jazz Fest

The end of the summer season is marked with the Long Branch Jazz Fest, the last of three, full-day festivals held along the Jersey Shore to celebrate this wonderful musical genre.

Part of the Jersey Shore Jazz & Blues Festival, the annual Long Branch Jazz Fest marks the close of the Jazz and Blues Series, as well as the end of the summer season. It is one of three, full-day festivals held along the Jersey Shore to celebrate the art and history of this wonderful musical genre. The festival is produced annually by the non-profit organization The Jersey Shore Jazz and Blues Foundation, and all proceeds from the summer concert series go to fund education, scholarships and outreach programs.

The Long Branch Jazz Fest features jazz and blues performers, food, crafts and games, making it a great family outing. The event includes regional and international food vendors, artists and craftspeople, with multiple performers gracing the stage to deliver compelling songs and rhythmic tunes.

The festival is being held at the Great Lawn at Cooper Avenue, along the Boardwalk, from 1 to 9 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2019, with fireworks at dusk.
