Sparkling & Safe: Drive-Through Light Displays for the Holiday Season
Celebrate the joy of the 2020 holiday season with your immediate family and put a twinkle in their eye, all while social distancing. Across New Jersey, you can choose from seven spectacular drive-through light displays (or visit them all!) to enjoy a favorite holiday tradition from the safety of your own car. Let the festive times roll!
Northern New Jersey
The Christmas Light Show & Village at Skylands Stadium in Augusta is sure to be a huge hit with your family—especially as a portion of the one-mile route is directly on the ball field! Tickets for pre-scheduled reservations through January 3, 2021 are only available for purchase online.
A harvest of twinkling illumination that winds through 32 acres awaits your family in the Orchard of Lights at Demarest Farms in Hillsdale. Tickets for half-hour time slots are exclusively available in advance online—and they’re selling out fast, so don’t miss out on the fun, now through December 29, 2020.
Central New Jersey
Concertgoers are used to experiencing musical magic at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, but now you can bask in its Magic of Lights nightly through January 2, 2021. Tickets are available at the gate or at a discount online.
Celebrate the season at the Winter Wonder Lights Spectacular at the Middlesex County Fairgrounds in East Brunswick. You’ll drive past 1.5 million twinkling lights—with displays animated to music—along a half-mile-long course. The park is open nightly through January 3, 2021 with tickets available for purchase online.
Southern New Jersey
Glittering, dazzling displays in perfect synchronization to music played through your radio brighten the night in the South Jersey Holiday Light Show at the Bridgeport Speedway in Swedesboro. Tickets are available online or on-site for events through December 30, 2020.
Excitement continues to build at the Holidig Drive Thru Light Show at Diggerland USA in West Berlin. Instead of riding in a backhoe, you and your family will roll through a one-mile track in your car—and be sure to tune in to commercial-free holiday music on a dedicated FM radio channel. Tickets for events through January 3, 2021 are available at the gate, but we recommend pre-purchasing online for priority admission.
Join the inaugural Festival of Lights at Holly Shores Camping Resort in Cape May, which will put the fun in fundraiser. The requested $10 donation per car will benefit the Cape Regional Medical Center. Tickets for events scheduled through January 1, 2021 are available at the office—please call 877-494-6559 or email [email protected] for details.
