Our wines are made in the rolling hills of Hunterdon County, on a 77- acre farm with deep soils and a steady breeze. Our focused portfolio showcases the potential of northern European varieties grown on our unique site. We believe in combining the lessons and data from centuries of the craft with our own innovations in sustainable farming and winemaking. The world of wine is always evolving, so we strive to use techniques in our fields and our winery that will best uncover the potential of our emerging region. That ambition helps us drive forward the quality wine movement in our home state.
