Overview
At Burnt Mills Cider Company, there's a focuse on creating a premium local hard cider for the underserved state of New Jersey, where a core belief is that high quality ingredients and processes yield a better product.
The cidery is located in Bedminster, and is open to the public as a gathering place for the community! Through vendor choices, job creation and retail partners, Burnt Mills Cider Company will play its part in revitalizing the marketplace in the area.
The tasting room features a bar, televisions and tables. The oak paneling on the walls and the wood furniture were made on-site (with some help from friends) from trees that were harvested during construction. Outdoors, a handful of picnic tables are available around a fire pit —the outdoor space is open spring through fall and is at your disposal. Play cornhole, make s’mores or take in some sun — it’s all good.
There is a core line up of year-round ciders on tap as well as ciders that are not available anywhere else. From the hops-infused series to the ginger cider, there is a steady rotation of seasonal and experimental lines. Visit the rotating on-tap list here: https://burntmillscider.com/on-tap/.
Grounds and tasting room do not food; calendar features food truck events. Guests are also welcome to bring your own or order off the delivery menu from a local restaurant. Cider is also available for take-out.
