Finesville

The Village of Finesville, located in the Pohatcong Township in Warren County, is historically anchored within the Revolutionary War along the Musconetcong River.

The 208-acre village, which is nestled between the Pohatcong and Musconetcong Mountains,  provides vintners with the perfect soil diversity to grown exquisite fruit and produce fine varietals within the region. There are currently two vineyards and wineries within the village, the Alba Vineyard and the Villa Milagro Vineyard.

The Alba Vineyard was established in 1980 and tantalizes wine enthusiasts with quality vino. The winery’s 1805 limestone structure was carefully converted and restored in order to offer tastings, cellar tours, vineyard tours, public events and private events such as weddings. Alba was named the 2013 Winery of the Year in the New Jersey Wine Competition.

Villa Milagro Vineyards prides itself on the usage of organic and sustainable methods to create the finest wines from the Warren Hills Appellation.  The vineyard hosts cooking classes, wine tasting classes and even utilizes local restaurants to host wine pairing dinners with the vintners. Of course you can visit the grounds to tour the vineyard, hike through the preserved country side and take in the majestic views of the Musconetcong Valley while sampling the local nectar.
