Mullica Hill

Set deep in New Jersey’s scenic southern farmlands, Mullica Hill, settled in the late 17th century and built mostly during the Civil War era, has the best of the past and present.

With the entire town on the National Register of Historic Places, Mullica Hill’s authentic historical background makes it an especially interesting spot for antiquers.

There are nearly three dozen antiques shops here, most of which are located near or on Main Street, many occupying buildings as old as their wares.

The Old Mill Antique Center (1 Main St.) has three floors of hidden treasures housed in a pre-Revolutionary War mill. Also on Main Street are boutiques, galleries, restaurants and cafes, all of which draw shoppers and strollers to the charming town.

While in Mullica Hill visit the Wagonhouse Winery that features an assortment of six red and white wines.

A number of special events are held throughout the year, including the Antiques Street Fair in April, a June Festival of Antiques, a Ghost Walk in October and Christmas House Tours.
