New York/New Jersey is proud to be a host of what will be the largest FIFA World Cup in history, with 48 teams playing in tournaments across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

The FIFA World Cup 2026™ will be the 23rd FIFA World Cup™, the international men's soccer championship scheduled for June 8 through July 3, 2026. The tournament will be jointly hosted by 16 cities in three North American countries: Canada, Mexico, and the United States.

Matches will be played at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.
