Nestled within the picturesque Carriage Farm in the heart of Hillsborough, the historic barns-turned-brewery offer a one-of-a-kind tasting room experience. Get ready to make lasting memories in an atmosphere brimming with charm and character.
Flounder Brewing is a BYOF, as breweries in New Jersey may not sell food. Carriage Farm is also home to 20+ businesses, and they often bring in food trucks. The tasting barn features seating for up to 100 as well as two outdoor patios with views of the farm and 15-barrel brewhouse. Visitors will experience 16+ beers, 2 craft sodas and 2 hard seltzers on tap with music and events all throughout the year.

-Wednesday, 4-9 p.m.
-Thursday, 3-9 p.m.
-Friday, 2-10 p.m.
-Saturday, 12-10 p.m.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
-Dogs are welcome on the front (paved) patio only as per the Hillsborough Health Department.
-Minors are allowed except after 6 p.m. on Saturdays, November 1-March 31, but must be seated at your table and accompanied by an adult at all times when not seated. This is for everyone’s safety and comfort. Minors are not allowed upstairs in the hay loft—even if for a larger group. Minors are only allowed upstairs for private, rented events.
-Buses and Party Buses are not allowed on-site.
