Overview
Set on the Atlantic coastline, the 17-room James Bradley hotel breathes new life into a 120-year-old property
and aims to redefine the Jersey Shore experience. The James Bradley features a 16-key main house, a three-bedroom standalone bungalow, seasonal beach service and locally inspired food and beverage offerings.
The project was curated by the studio of Manhattan-based designer Sebastian Zuckowicki, with the precise aim of creating a minimalist and elegant “house,” integrated with the coastal location. This concept emerges within the space in the form of materials, colors and finishes used throughout. Each decorative, architectural
or lighting element is the result of the skillful hands of craftsmen sourced locally and internationally. The walls are abound with a mixture of contemporary, abstract and still life pieces thoughtfully chosen to feel like a private collection. Handmade vessels, found objects and books can be found throughout the spaces and are available to purchase.
LOCATION
The James Bradley is one hour and 15 minutes from both Manhattan and Philadelphia and five minutes from the art and music centric town of Asbury Park. The James Bradley is located in a unique and privileged position in Bradley Beach, NJ. Nestled one block from the beach in a quintessential shore town, the main street of Bradley Beach is within walking distance and offers restaurants and shops.
GUEST SERVICES
The exclusive courtyard, covered porch and fire pit are available to guests to relax in a unique and private setting. Beach concierge services offer guests access to the beach, with chair and umbrella set-up. The lounge, offers welcoming furnishings, lighting and sounds ideal for afternoon tea or a nightcap. Daily turndown service welcomes guests back to their accommodations with an enticing ambiance. Curated massage and bodywork services can be arranged.

CAFE & EVENTS
The hotel’s 20-seat dining room and 20-seat private garden dining area are open to guests and patrons for breakfast and events and serve snacks and beverages daily. The menu was designed to offer guests locally inspired bites such as pork roll, egg and cheese, homemade granolas and freshly baked pastries. The events portfolio offers up to 30 guests in the dining room and 50 guests in the garden, offering the perfect intimate setting.
