MAAC Basketball Championships Heats Up Atlantic City

Catch thrilling college hoops action as the 2022 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships storms the court, returning to its historic host venue, Atlantic City’s Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall. The Championships will be held Tuesday, March 8 through Saturday, March 12.
Eleven educational institutions will vie for the MAAC Championship title: Canisius College, Fairfield University, Iona College, Manhattan College, Marist College, Monmouth University, Niagara University, Quinnipiac University, Rider University, Saint Peter's University and Siena College.
This five-day tournament tips off with opening matchups, advances to the quarterfinals and semifinals, and culminates in the championship game. Fun fan events, including the MAAC Esports Championships (taking place March 10-12 at the Showboat Hotel), will add to the excitement.
