Located on the grounds outside the Somerville County Courthouse in Somerville, this memorial includes a clock tower inscribed with the phrase, "Time to Remember." Beneath the tower is a vertically set piece of World Trade Center steel that bears a plaque listing names of 39 Somerset County residents who perished in the attacks.
