Cape May Brewing Company opened eight years ago, making only one type of beer in a 1,500 square-foot space. Now, it's over 20,000 square-feet with over 100 flagship, seasonal, and small-batch brews under its umbrella. The original space is now dedicated to experimental brewing -- sour beers, barrel-aged brews, and whatnot -- with a separate, industrial brewing building. The Sour Brewery boasts an interactive, self-guided tour, designed by a local artist in a style reminiscent of the Wildwood boardwalk of old.
The CMBC Tasting Room has 24 taps -- with that variety, there's sure to be something for every taste. Get a flight of four beers with a souvenir glass and head into the Beer Garden -- it's the perfect place to quaff a cold one. Then take a walk through their gift shop, The Brewtique. There, you'll find great deals on comfy swag, as well as beer-to-go in six-packs, cases, or kegs. Check out that growler filler, too! Great beer that's Crafted on the Cape!
