Silk City Distillers uses locally sourced corn, rye and barley (from a farm in Sussex, NJ) and combine them with additional hand-milled grains to create a mash that is prepared, fermented, distilled, barreled, bottled and labeled in house. Open for tours, tastings and events Thursday to Sunday.
