Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse

Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse is a sustainable farm located on 185 preserved acres between Milford and Frenchtown, NJ. Visitors can sample and purchase 100 percent grass-fed raw cow's milk cheeses, rustic wood-fired breads made using heirloom grains and pastured meats from our farm. We also carry other local products such as honey, duck products, eggs, 100 percent grass-fed dairy products and pastured meats from local farms. Tours are available Sat. and Sun. at 2 pm year 'round and on certain holidays. We also offer classes in bread baking, cheese making and meat preparation. Check website for schedules.
