Bloomfield Center Alliance

Bloomfield Center Alliance, Inc. (BCA) is a non-profit community development organization that manages the downtown Business District for the benefit of the merchants, business owners and residents of Bloomfield. The BCA organizes, sponsors and hosts a number of events throughout the year that showcase the Center and the community.
