Overview
The Delsea Drive-In is New Jersey’s only drive-in movie theater that originally opened in 1949. After 38 years, the drive-in was closed for 17 years and reopened in 2004. Located in Vineland, NJ, it is less than a one hour drive from Atlantic City, Philadelphia and Delaware.
The Delsea combines the nostalgia of the drive-in with modern technology and healthier food choices. It’s an affordable family fun night for all ages.
During the past several decades the number of drive-ins has fallen from a high of more than 4,000 to less than 400 today.
