If they’re playing at home at ShoreTown Ballpark, enjoy Manasquan Bank Mini Golf and the BlueClaws Sand Bar, too.

For a great family night out, take the kids to Hinchliffe Stadium in Paterson to see New Jersey Frontier League favorite, the New Jersey Jackals. Interesting fact: Historic Hinchliffe Stadium, built in 1932, pays tribute to legendary Paterson local Larry Doby, one of the most famous Negro National League baseball players and Major League Hall of Famer.

Sussex County Miners

Head over to Skylands Stadium in Augusta to watch the Sussex County Miners take to the field. The team, one of North Jersey’s winningest professional baseball teams, is fired up for the 2024 season. Check their schedule for spectacular post-game fireworks and plenty of promotional nights, too.

Grab your glove and head over to TD Bank Ballpark in Bridgewater to catch up with the Somerset Patriots, a Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees. After the ballgame, stick around for another favorite NJ spectator sport: watching fireworks. The theme nights are a big hit, too – including dog-friendly Bark in the Park.

If you love baseball, hot dogs and real dogs, get over to the Trenton Thunder Ballpark, where you can cheer on the Trenton Thunder. Enjoy between-innings entertainment featuring the team’s mascots: Boomer, Cloudman and Slice as well as special dog-friendly games. The Trenton Thunder Baseball Club is a collegiate summer baseball team of the MLB Draft league.

This spring, check out one of the nation's premier soccer venues, Red Bull Arena in Harrison. Home of Major League Soccer's New York Red Bulls, the Arena was built specifically for soccer and features a partially translucent roof and ideal sight lines from every seat. If you’re fascinated by fairways, this golf tournament, presented by Acer, is for you. Not only is it one of Atlantic City’s largest sporting events, it’s also one of the longest-running events on the LPGA tour schedule.
