Overview
This memorial on the waterfront in Highlands and consists of seven monolithic stones. Five granite boulders engraved with the names of victims are placed in the form of a pentagon and surround two white, marble statues. Both statues are partially carved and each portrays a figure, one female and one male, emerging from the rock.
