Overview
This memorial comprises three elements that were acquired throughout a number of years. The first was a black stone monument, known as the 9/11 Monument, which was dedicated September 28, 2006. The second to be acquired was a piece of World Trade Center steel that was unveiled October 16, 2010. Lastly was the installation of a permanent plaque at the base of the steel on the tenth anniversary of the attacks -
