Overview
Home of original Barnegat Lighthouse 1,025 prism lens. The Barnegat Light Historical Society (BLHS) operates and maintains the museum and organizes and promotes events to further the awareness of the history of Barnegat Light and Long Beach Island. The Museum Gardens are open all year and the museum is open June through Oct. on weekends from 10 am to 4 pm, July & Aug. daily from 10 am to 4 pm. and Tue. evening from 6 pm to 8 pm. Tours are available by appointment.
