More than 200 years ago, two New Jersey vintners bottled their first commercial wine in response to a “challenge” from Great Britain’s Royal Society. Today, more than 50 wineries across the state grow more than 90 different types of grapes and 25 types of fruits to produce quality wine on their grounds surrounded by breathtaking scenery.
